In late November 2021, Hugh made a critical decision to step back from the podcast to give himself a break. It had been over 3 years of production and he was burnt out. Stef was busy and it seem unfair to off-load the production onto his shoulders. The podcast was put on hiatus. In the meantime, Hugh was fired from his job in March 2022 and launched another podcast called Dismissed. It’s all about being fired and coping mechanisms you can use to get over it.
Immediately after being fired, Hugh was contacted by the WWE to be a part of their Pride 2022 campaign. There’s a blog post about it here.
